SMS Terms

Crystal Evans Insurance Services may send informational text messages, including appointment reminders and customer care about inquiries and appointment scheduling, from the toll-free texting contact number 855-812-1941. This SMS program does not include promotional or marketing texts.

You opt in by selecting the optional informational messages choice and providing your mobile number on our Contact page form, or by otherwise giving us express consent. The informational and no-text choices are mutually exclusive and both unselected by default. Choosing no texts or making no selection does not give consent. Consent is not required to contact us or receive services, and you can still request an appointment without selecting informational messages.

• Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.
• MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY.
• Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to 855-812-1941 to opt out at any time, or email service@1941cc.com with the mobile number to be removed. No automated confirmation or fixed removal timeframe is promised by this website.
• Reply HELP for help, or call 855-812-1941, email service@1941cc.com, or visit https://1941cc.com. HELP assistance includes these phone, email, and website contact details.
• Carrier Non-Liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Please do not send your Medicare number, Social Security number, or sensitive health details by text message.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted.
